McElroy Pharmacy is located at the corner of Main and Cedar Streets (adjacent to the Lititz Post Office) in downtown Lititz.

From Lancaster: travel north on Route 501 to the Square in Lititz. Turn right on to Main Street. McElroy Pharmacy is located on the right at the first traffic light. Turn right at the light and parking is on the left to the rear of McElroy Pharmacy.

From Brickerville: travel south on Route 501 to the Square in Lititz. Turn left on to Main Street. McElroy Pharmacy is located on the right at the first traffic light. Turn right at the light and parking is on the left to the rear of McElroy Pharmacy.

From Rothsville: travel west on Route 772 to the third traffic light in the Borough of Lititz. Turn left at the light and parking is on the left to the rear of McElroy Pharmacy.

From Manheim: travel west on Doe Run Road past Pfizer Corporation (formally Warner Lambert) to the first traffic light (Route 501). Turn right on Route 501 (south) and proceed across the Rail Road tracks to the first traffic light at the Square. Turn left on to Main Street and proceed 1 block to the first traffic light. Turn right at the light and parking is on the left to the rear of McElroy Pharmacy.
